Location, Location, Location. The hotel was steps away from Times Square therefore a fantastic location. The bed was very comfortable and it was a very modern hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were extremely small. I have a few bruises on my legs trying to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. However, we did not go to New York to spend all our time in the hotel so it was not too much of an issue. Also, as the hotel name suggests the whole hotel was in darkness so there was no natural light so putting your make up on in the morning was a guessing game situation. |

The location could not be better! We had a room at the back, which was very quiet. Also the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Pictures make it inappropriate for families. Decor interesting for Night theme,but too dark to read, check a mirror, etc. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Night Hotel - we requested a room change when we arrived and this was not a problem at all for the staff who were very helpful. The location was perfect as it is one street off of Times Square. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. |

It had a fantastic location right by Times Square and the rooms were really well done! The Molten Brown toiletries was a really nice touch too! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a trendy, modern boutique hotel. It was quite expensive but you definitely got what you paid for! |

The Customer Service was top notch! You could not ask for any better. The shower design. It's a cool concept, but the glass should come out futher to prevent water from running out into the floor. However, a properly placed towel kept the floor dry. |
