とてもモダンできれいでした。バスルームのアメニティは女性に嬉しいロクシタンです。何よりタイムズスクエアの目と鼻の先というロケーションがたまりません。部屋は正直狭かったですが立地や清潔さ、サービスを考えれば妥当な料金だと思います。 シャワーが水量をＭＡＸにしても足りず温度も安定せずの状態だったのには参りました。部屋によるかもしれませんが。 |

かなり狭いお部屋でしたが清潔感はありました。 最高気温が－3℃という寒さの日、ホテルに戻ったらシャワーのお湯が出ませんでした。ヒーターの故障と言うことで、凍えて死にそうになりながら、シャンプーの寸前に気がついたので、髪はびしょ濡れで凍えながら洗いました。でも値段もそのまま、事前に教えて欲しかった。 |

部屋のシーツ、タオル全てが新しくて、気持ちが良かったです。 改装中の為、エレベーターを１台しか動いていない上、作業用としても使っていたため、毎回毎回待たされましたし、勝手に部屋に従業員が入ってきて、バスルームチェックや、ドライヤーを置きに着たり、バスローブを持ってきたりと、何回も出入りされて落ち着きませんでした。 グランドオープンしたらきっと良くなるかと期待します。 |

Good location. 1. We did not have hot water for 3 nights, i complained and they did nothing. 2. They didn't bring new soap or shampoo for 2 days until i asked. 3. The rooms are very small 10' x 10' |

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to N - R - W subway and Times Square. The rooms were clean, very fashionable newly decorated hotel, excellent front desk staff has a bar and a night club in the hotel (a popular one). 24 hour hot water from the tab. No coffee machine nor mini bar in the rooms. Rooms were very small with almost no space to move. There is no SKYPE phone at the hotel. |

Very comfortable bed. Simple, clean and functional room. Centralized location. Friendly staff. It was hard to book things because the concierge was not always there. |

Great location...close to lots of landmarks We had to call the front desk twice because there was no hot water. No conditioner. Locked me out of my room before I checked out. |

Free Wifi, super-comfortable bed, nice TV and shower room, good location. Two slow and small lifts, room was small. As far as I could make out there was warm water but no hot water in the shower. |
