The free continental breakfast. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Big room. Free WIFI in room. I think this can be applied to hotels beyond the Red Roof, but I would like it if the expensive car service wasn't pushed on me because I know that the bellmen get kick-backs on this. Good fitness room, but some of the equipment could stand to be updated (stairmasters are old, no eliptical machines). Elevators were too slow. Soaps in bathroom were too cheap and motel-like. |

On arrival our room was upgraded by a very pleasant receptionist. All the reception staff were extremely helpful. Having stayed in New York before we were expecting a small room. The room was a wonderful size. Breakfast time was a little hectic but did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the hotel |

Good location, good staff, nice gymn, very good room, with refrigerator and microwave, plasma, free Internet, iPod Dock. We experienced problems with Air conditioning every day! Slow elevator. Breakfast could have more variety. |

Quietness of the room. The breakfast was good.Cleanliness of room and bathroom, and was v comfortable. Location excellent. Limited selection of over-sweet brkfast cereals. Environmentally - like european hotels - they should have a sign in each room saying to only leave the towels available for room service that you want replacing - same for the soap - no need to give new bars everyday - just to cut down on wastage. otherwise, v good. |

the size of the hotel rooms were great. I've always heard that the rooms in New york were small but we got a room with two double beds and they were very very comfortable |

i did not like that i felt that the room was not clean because they hand to change my room because there was a used condom on the floor next to the bed and night stand i feel that if they did not see that when the bed was maid i do not think that the bed was cleaned after the last pepole left the room . me and my girlfreind wher very dicuted |
