Bra läge, bekvämt och rymligt rum. Personalen visste inte att vi bokat rummet, de skyllde på att booking.com ej meddelat dem det. Vi fick rum i alla fall, så det löste sig efter en tids väntan. Många av receptionspersonalen var ovanligt ouppmärksamma, talade i telefon samtidigt som de talade med närvarande kunder, man fick intryck av att det mesta var rörigt. Dålig frukost, bara söta bullar serverades. |

Naturlig trevlig personal. Bra läge. Inga stolar el bord i rummet. Man skall vara beredd på att frukost endast är muffins, yogurt och kaffe. |

The staff was awesome. The room was clean and for NY a decent size for your dollar. Especially during the Holiday season. The only complaint was on the 8th floor we could here traffic and the garbage truck that runs most of the eveing. |

Location was great. Staff were nice and breakfast good with excellent coffee. The computers were easy to access in the breakfast room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. I would have liked another mirror in the bedroom and ?or a full sized mirror by the closet. |

The room, staff and location were excellent. The room couldn't have been nicer. There were so many thoughtful touches. Plus there were little things like a free laundry room. There are several computers for guest use. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast oom was a bit small (some people couldn't get a table), and they kept running out of things (cereal, fruit). It would have been nice to have a newspaper for everyone to take, rather than to share with others. |

The location is excellent and the decor very modern and comfortable. As a loan traveller I felt safe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel which was a bonus. |

My suite was kept extremely clean every day and the quality of the furniture etc was excellent.... Staff very helpfull and nice and location perfect.. I was surprised at the level of comfort and hotel facilities. Not applicable, we had a great time with absolutely no problems. |
