For a slice of true dining history, one need only to get a table inside Rao's…that is if a table is available. The only other outpost of the legendary eatery located in New Yorks’s East Harlem. Succulent chops and steaks, homemade meatballs the size of baseballs and Uncle Vincent's famous lemon chicken are staples.

Across from Rao's, in a part of the casino affectionately called "New York West," is Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, regarded as one of the most luxurious chocolate and pastry shops in the country.
