The Hotel Staff was very friendly. The reservation of tickets for the Madison Square Garden and the Shuttle for the Airporttranfer was uncomplicated.

Close to everything, really clean and spacious room. Good service.. From reading other reviews I was expecting something bad, but my experience was excellent!!! Totally recommend this hotel, i will stay there again.

Even it was winter, sometimes the room was too hot...

They need more guest computers (I wasn't able to check email for 6 days and couldn't check in for my flight because the one computer was always busy

I booked two rooms. One of them was not ready when I opened the door. The hotel has an horrible smell of mold. Someone knocked on my door 6 o'clock in the morning saying that I had told him to come to my room. He only stopped annoying me when I said I was going to call the police. My brother and his family had the worst impression ever from a hotel.
