部屋が広い。キッチン設備が充実している。オープンから1年弱であることもあり、設備がきれい。そのわりには値段が安い。なによりも、スタッフがいいかんじ。ネット接続は部屋でWi-Fiが無料で接続できる。最上階にはビジネス・センターがあり、Macが2台おいてある。プリンターもあり、使用料無料。またフィットネス・ルームにはランニング・マシーンやエアロ・バイクがあり、使用料無料。 ハウスキーピングが基本的には1週間宿泊で1度だけなので、なおかつ床がフローリングなので、ホコリがたまると目立つ。ただ、アパートメント・ホテルであることを考えると、ホコリくらいは出てきてあたりまえでしょうね。通常以外のハウスキーピングのサービスは別途頼めます。たまたま目の前の通りが工事中であったためか、騒音がうるさかったのが難点。工事が終われば、これも問題なくなるのでしょう。 |

部屋の掃除があまりよくなかった。 日によってばらつきがあった。 １日、お湯が出ない日があって困った。 翌日には直った。 |

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room, small but nice and clean gym) Not much natural light from the windows on my 4th floor room, but you cannot have it all. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well equipped and immaculate in terms of cleanliness. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the location was excellent. |

We were more than pleased with the accommodation. Staff very friendly and obliging. The location was excellent and the apartment was better than expected - all round delighted and would highly recommend this hotel to all. Only thing was the air conditioning units were a bit noisy, however i'm not sure that could be changed given they are indoor units. |

Nice building, modern kitchen, very nice appartement. All very good. Staff does not respond to your need. Desk/reception staff is not very helpfull. Noty very well soundproofed room. |

The value for money was good and the location excellent! The room/ apartment was very big and well equipped. The bathroom was small and could have been a bit cleaner. There was little daylight entering the room due to fixed blinds and many higher surrounding buildings (probably often the case in NY). |
