Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Wir mussten unsere Bettwäsche wechseln lassen, da sie noch diverse Haare vom Vorgänger hatte. Auch das restliche Apt. war nicht sauber, in der Küche hatten wir Mäuse. Zudem war unser Zimmer direkt neben der Belüftungsanlage und daher 24h extrem laut, selbst für New Yorker Verhältnisse. Außerdem hatten wir keinerlei Tageslicht im Zimmer, was vor Buchung nicht absehbar war. |

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room, small but nice and clean gym) Not much natural light from the windows on my 4th floor room, but you cannot have it all. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well equipped and immaculate in terms of cleanliness. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the location was excellent. |

We were more than pleased with the accommodation. Staff very friendly and obliging. The location was excellent and the apartment was better than expected - all round delighted and would highly recommend this hotel to all. Only thing was the air conditioning units were a bit noisy, however i'm not sure that could be changed given they are indoor units. |

Nice building, modern kitchen, very nice appartement. All very good. Staff does not respond to your need. Desk/reception staff is not very helpfull. Noty very well soundproofed room. |

The value for money was good and the location excellent! The room/ apartment was very big and well equipped. The bathroom was small and could have been a bit cleaner. There was little daylight entering the room due to fixed blinds and many higher surrounding buildings (probably often the case in NY). |
