The hotel has 44 rooms, all with air conditioning, cable TV (52 chanels), free access to internet, Wails in all the hotel. Area information

Enjoy the culture of the town, and the beauty of the landscape. In the summer or winter, see the wild landscape and breathe in its pure air. Or visit the castle, church and other buildings in the town's historic centre.

Penhas da Saude (10km) - Visit these ski slopes, north west of the town. Best conditions are usually during February and March.

Sortelha (35km) - One of the area's very small historic and traditional, old villages.

Central location, very good facilities for a 3 star hotel.Free internet in room,swimming pool and hot tubs in basement.Very Portuguese area, not suitable for those looking for lots of nightclubs etc.

central location, good service, big room and a good restaurant

breakfast might be improved but this is a small issue. After all Portugal is famous for dinners and not the breakfast buffets

The annonced wi-fi connection was not working in my room. The wardrobe was ridicolous and the hairdryer not working. Other rooms were much better. Some rooms could be recommended, but not all of them.

The price. The location. The free wireless internet access.

The water pipes were too noisy. The restaurant food was quite bad. Better to find another restaurant. One TV was not working. The Air conditioning was very old and it didn't work very well. Yet, the room was not cold.

Possibilidade de alterar a reserva (através de booking.com). A localização permite passeios pedestres no centro da Covilhã. O pequeno-almoço foi diversificado.

A eficácia e a educação/simpatia no atendimento na recepção devem melhorar. Deve ser divulgado que o estacionamento é no parque de estacionamento público, subterrâneo, em frente, e que o valor da reserva nem sempre permite livre-trânsito. O serviço de restaurante deve ser menos apressado, e a qualidade da confecção e das sobremesas deve melhorar muito. A internet deve funcionar...

Os funcionários do restaurante estão de parabéns, extremamente educados e prestativos.

Durante os 2 dias de estadia não tivemos internet no quarto, apesar de reclamar-mos algumas vezes com o recepcionista, nada foi feito. A cortina da casa de banho tinha um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O Bar do hotel não estava a funcionar. Após limparem o quarto no primeiro dia, a funcionário(a) se esqueceu de papel higiênico da casa de banho.
