Situated in the heart of Serra da Estrela mountain range, this unique accommodation was born the full reconstruction of an ancient water mill and an olive oil mill.

Casa Lagar da Alagoa sits in the centre of the Natural Park with a good view of Zezere River. The house satisfies all the requirements of modern comfort while also retaining the rustic beauty of shale and granite, so typical of the Beira Alta region.

With just 9 rooms, staff are always on-hand to assist with your every requirement and offer excellent Portuguese hospitality. In the nearby area there are many enjoyable activities on offer, such as fishing, tennis and paragliding. After a busy day you can return to the house and relax with a drink on the well-tended lawn.

O que mais gostamos foi do ambiente familiar e das características da casa que mantem o equipamento original do lagar. O espaço é muito agradável para as crianças. Ficamos satisfeitos.
