THe whole environment, close to the main touristic attractions, the hotel personnel very kind, everyone spoke english, gave information about places, etc. The room smelled cigarrettes, although it was for non-smokers. |

It was close and handy to the train and bus stations and easy to get to most of the attractions of Rome. It was very clean, staff were very helpful. |

Loved the rooms and the people. The first room we got had not yet been cleaned but they moved us to a new one in seconds and were very nice about it. |

The room was tastefully decorated and clean, the location was good. The arrangment of the bathroom fixtures was horribly uncomfortable and I would not book this hotel again for this reason. Hard to believe someone authorized such a set up when the bathrooms were designed. |

We liked the location to Rome. It was close to the train station so when we left it was an easy walk. The room was large enough but the TV was to small. Breakfast was included. The shower had a hose and hand held shower head. The bracket to hold it up in the air to use was broken and it would fall down. I reported this to the front desk but it never got fixed. Also the cover on the bed was to heavy and I got to hot at night. Lobby was small. It would be nice if there was a lounge area. |

All staff very friendly and helpful. Wheelchair access is excellent. The bedroom was a touch small for easy use of a wheelchair, but the bathroom was excellent. |
