Location and very quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, if a little difficult to understand at times! Room was not as well equipped/servicd as one would like for a 4*. One cup and one tea bag for a double room is very poor. and seemed to show that room cleaning had not checked everything (there was only one soup bowl but two plates and two sets of cutlery). Nowhere to hang topcoats (and the weather was wet!). |

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I think that they were maybe overbooked due to long waits for breakfast and running out of supplies to restock the mini kitchen in the room. Also, the plates and silverware were not very clean during the breakfast time. The staff were excellent and handled the volume of people with a pleasant smile and friendly attitude. |

The bathroom was very clean, we highly appreciated it. The hotel was near three underground station : Waterloo, Lambeth north and Westminster. We were too hot in our room because the air conditioned didn't work and the window couldn't be opened. Four pillows were very dirty, brown and black streaks on them. We had to call and ask them to be changed. |

Location The staff were the worst I have ever encountered in any hotel. The staff at the reception desk did not have any idea about how to check us in or how to take payment. On three occasions they tried to overcharge me. Not friendly, not helpful and had no manners. Also, we booked the executive suites which were very cramped. |

The view of the Eye and the Thames from our room. The lifts were not good for guests wanting to get down from the 13th floor, they (seem to) give priority to the lower floors, leaving us waiting nearly 10 minutes. The food and drinks were very expensive although the wine was good, just too expensive even for the house wine. |
