The overall presentation of the room and location of the hotel is good.

Getting into the shower was very difficult, and not much water came out. I am fairly slim and could barely squeeze in, so anybody who is any fatter than me could in no way actually fit into the shower.

Early check in was no problem, clean and comfy, helpful staff.

Was allocated two singles instead of a twin, which was fine, but they were very compact, the bathrooms in particular were tiny.

Location, location, location. Best value for very short term stay for biz travellers who need to get to Heathrow in a jiffy!

Walls are thin; if you have noisy neighbours, get ready to bring earplugs.

Ofcourse I said hotel staff three times that heating (A/C) system was out of order. They did not anything. We got frozen. Instead of fixing it, they sent us mobıle electrıcal heaters.
