The location was very good, it's close to everywhere. The staff spoke good English and was really helpful explaining where I could go / places I could visit and also restaurants I can go during new year eve. I am very pleased with the front desk girl / receptionist. The room was very small. It was a nice room but I didn't expect to have single bed room which one side was closed to the wall. |

The staff were nice, warm, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from Louvre and a metro station. I wish the hotel room were equipped with a fridge and a safe. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is welcoming, very friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere of the hotel and my room in particular was very charming (the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable), the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I booked a shuttle service from and to CDG which also worked well. |

Very convenient for centre of Paris; quiet area (apart from Saturday night revellers walking down the road outside the hotel but that was not the hotel's fault), excellent breakfast. Room was too hot and it was difficult to reach the radiator thermostat to turn the heating off. |

Breakfast and location were excellent. Also, the hotel staff were very polite and professional. The room was a bit small given the high price we paid for it. Also, we asked for a room at upper floor with a view, but were given the lowest floor with very limited view. However, the overall feeling was on the positive side, it was just a bit expensive for what we got. |
