Perfect location, friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, great view from our room, excellent breakfast. A safe and tea/coffee maker could be in the room, no shower caps, temperature at the hotel was very high. |

Location, friendliness of the staff. Good breakfast.Excellent sized bathroom with hairdryer that was actually powerfull enough to dry hair. Bedroom slightly too small, fine for one night but having to edge around the bottom of the bed would have driven us mad for a longer stay |

Of course, the location is ideal, within a stone's throw of both the Louvre and the Palais Royal and a one-minute walk to the #1 metro line station. The room I had, booked the day before arrival, had a large entrance area and a separate WC and bathroom. Nice down bedding. Quiet sidestreet. I was able to get the room at a 60% saving on Booking.com! |

The location was excellent, 2 minute walk from the metro and the Louvre. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but still very good. |

most staffs are very kind! clean & quite room, big bathroom, good facilities(TV, air-conditioning,self-controlled heat system etc.) big elevator and very good location! Breakfast isn't bad but it was just cold foods(can't say it is buffet) We could sleep well with comfortable bed & quite place. |

The location is fabulous, great staff and serves a wonderful breakfast. This is the second time I have booked this hotel through your facility. The bed was too hard but I found that true all across Europe. Also...only down pillows/comforters which could be a problem for those with allergies. I had to wrap my pillow in an extra sheet for a barrier. |

Great Rooms. Spacious rooms. Simple but in good taste. Great view from the windows. Very clean. Great location. Food was not impressive. My partner's mother ordered room service. ...It was not nice... Breakfast was not great. |

Very good location, delicious breakfast. It was very unpleasant that the deposit of extra 180EUR (price for 1 night) was taken prior to my arrival, but was never returned to my account. By my departure I had to pay for all the nights and pre-payment was not taken into account. Very shameful! |
